1. Return & Refund Policy

❌ No Return After Delivery Acceptance

Once a product has been delivered and accepted by the customer, no return or refund will be applicable.

✅ Return Eligibility (Delivery-Time Only)

A product is eligible for return only under the following conditions:

• The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect

• The issue is identified at the time of delivery

• The issue is reported in the presence of the delivery personnel

• The delivery is not accepted by the customer

⚠️ If the delivery is accepted without raising any issue, the product will not be eligible for return or refund later.

2. Return Conditions

To qualify for a return at the time of delivery:

• The product must be unused

• The product must remain in its original condition and packaging

• Any accessories, manuals, or items included must be intact

Failure to meet these conditions will result in return rejection.

3. Shipping Charges for Returns

• All return shipping costs must be borne by the customer

• Shipping fees are non-refundable

• No delivery or return charges will be adjusted or reimbursed

4. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable:

• Gift cards or vouchers

• Digital or downloadable products

• Perishable items (food, flowers, etc.)

• Sale, discounted, or clearance products

• Products accepted at delivery without any complaint

5. Warranty Policy

Warranty Coverage

Certain products sold by Abstract Goodies include a limited warranty, which will be clearly mentioned on the product page. Warranty is applicable only within the specified warranty period.

Warranty Claim Procedure

If a product is covered under warranty:

1. The customer must send the product to our address at their own cost

2. Our technical team will inspect and verify the warranty claim

3. If the claim is approved:

   • The product will be repaired

   • If repair is not possible, a replacement product will be provided

🚚 Warranty Shipping Responsibility

• All shipping costs related to warranty claims (sending & receiving) must be paid by the customer

• Warranty service does not include free shipping

6. Warranty Exclusions (Electronics Products)

Warranty will be considered void in the following cases:

• Physical damage or breakage

• Liquid or water damage

• Burn marks, power surge damage, or misuse

• Unauthorized repair, modification, or tampering

Such conditions will immediately invalidate the warranty.

7. Final Authority

Abstract Goodies reserves the right to make the final decision regarding returns, refunds, and warranty claims based on inspection and verification.
