• Customers may request order cancellation before dispatch. Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.

• Once delivery is accepted, Abstract Goodies will not be responsible for damages or issues reported later.

• No return or refund is applicable once a product is accepted at delivery unless stated otherwise in the policy.

• Warranty, if applicable, is subject to inspection and verification.

• All shipping costs related to returns or warranty claims must be borne by the customer.
