We want your unboxing experience to be perfect. To ensure this, we follow a strict "Check-then-Accept" policy:
Inspect on Arrival: You are encouraged to open the package and inspect the product thoroughly while the delivery agent is still present.
On-the-Spot Returns: If you notice any damage, defects, or if the product isn't what you expected, you can hand it back to the agent immediately. No questions asked.
Final Acceptance: Once the product is accepted and the delivery agent departs, we cannot process further returns or refunds.
Note: If an item is specifically marked with a Product Warranty, that warranty will still apply after the agent leaves.
